About Me

Kevin Litz grew up in Rotterdam, graduating from Schalmont High School before earning his bachelor’s degree from Siena College and law degree from Albany Law School.  After law school, Kevin came home to practice in Schenectady County to serve clients and begin his legal career as an attorney.  At the general practice firm he worked at, he focused primarily on real estate law, amongst other areas, and handled closings for buyers, sellers and banks in residential and commercial matters.  Kevin also represented title insurance companies at closings.

His past experience in that legal field makes him an unique asset equipped to help guide a buyer in making one of the biggest purchases of their life or a seller who is selling their property.  His attention to detail and knowing how the process works first hand helps guide clients efficiently when buying or selling their home.  A lifelong member of the community, he has the integrity, dedication and experience to help you achieve your goals.
